At Hubeco, we define excellence in hospitality through a lens of environmental responsibility. We are a boutique sustainability consulting firm dedicated to mapping a realistic and financially rewarding path for our clients in realising their sustainability and net zero goals.
We advise multi-national hospitality brands as well as unique hospitality ventures in unlocking value, whilst aligning operations with present and forthcoming regulations in a cost-effective manner, as well as accessing incentives and opportunities in the capital markets that might otherwise remain inaccessible.

Our Founders
Leila Azmoudeh
Co-Founder
Leila is dedicated to driving impactful change at the intersection of sustainability, hospitality, and technology. She is committed to developing and partnering with conservation projects to directly impact natural assets and is passionate about inspiring behavioural change at both the consumer and corporate levels, believing that everyone has a role to play in combating climate change.
In 2020, she founded Hubeco Education to deliver education and data-driven programmes that empower students and families to take action on climate change.
Prior to Hubeco, she has worked in a number of capacities at Microsoft and at technology startups such as Securitrade, an early fintech platform. At Microsoft, she led the Customer & Partner Experience for IT Pros and Consumers and later joined the International Strategy Team, supporting the development of a new consumer organisation and aligning corporate and field strategies.
Leila has also consulted for and founded several ventures, both for-profit and non-profit, including Frontline Response and Artastuna. Her entrepreneurial experience dates back to 1995 when she co-founded World Wide Web Inc., one of the early software and web development ventures in Silicon Valley.
Leila holds a BSc in Finance and Economics from the Wharton School and an MBA from INSEAD. She holds a Six Sigma Green Belt certification in process improvement.
In her free time, she enjoys trail running, adventure travel and photography. She has a keen interest in sustainable design and architectural sociology.
Alyssa Camara
Co-Founder
Alyssa is passionate about developing business solutions that promote sustainability and support natural capital initiatives.
She began her career in Investment Banking at Goldman Sachs in New York focusing on corporate finance and M&A where she advised clients in sectors including hospitality, consumer products and retail. She later transitioned to Institutional Equities division, where she covered large US asset managers, advising on IPOs and secondary offerings, and actively participated in stock recommendations to clients. After relocating to London, she joined Morgan Stanley in their Fixed Income department before moving to the Asset Management side as Head of Asset Raising for MKM Longboat, growing it from $350 million to a $2 billion European multi-strategy hedge fund. In her most recent role, she was Head of Marketing for a sustainable agriculture fund, speaking to ESG investors globally and raising awareness for sustainability in agriculture.
She has been directly involved in various educational ventures, co-founding Maths Acceleration Network Ltd, providing children with access to high quality mathematics education, and supporting education-focused charitable foundations in developing countries.
Alyssa holds an MBA from the Kellogg School of Management where she graduated with top honours in Finance, Marketing and International Business. She graduated Magna Cum Laude with a BSc in Applied Mathematics and a BA in Economics from UCLA.
In her free time Alyssa enjoys hiking and running outdoors, yoga, surfing and writing fiction. She is interested in sustainable architecture and responsible sourcing of materials in design elements.
